Dear Potential Investor, Allow me to share this vision with you. My name is Bert "Biz" Barrett, affectionately known as "tOObiz." I am a African American Christian born brotha from Brooklyn, New York (now living in Atlanta). God has placed in my heart a desire to serve Him by first changing the content of the music our kids listen to, then ministering through it. Our mission field is the ghetto. Our skills are music production, computer technology, and education. Our social backgrounds are from the hoods. Our gift is the ability to craft Positive Messages into hit records and all other forms of media entertainment. Our consumer is the Hip Hop enthusiast with a conscience. Our market is the Hip Hop enthusiasts all over the world who want to feel beats, dance, and recite lyrics without defiling themselves or compromising their morals. Ironically, this now includes Ol’ School Hip Hop players whom have grown up and have children. Positive Hip Hop is on the move and we believe it is as big as everything that has already happened. Our objective is to build a grass roots media production company that specializes in material for the inner city. Our vision is not limited to anything. We will be blessed and empowered to flood the entertainment market with product that uplifts, comforts, supports, encourages, compliments, strengthens, and witnesses to its audience. We simply MUST do this…it is the only real answer to a media industry that is mostly revenue driven, predominantly negative in the content that it sells, and which unfortunately has much too much influence over our children. We cannot denounce negative influences in Hip Hop without providing a viable alternative. In short, 2-BZ Media is the conscience of the Hip Hop Nation - we fight problems from within the culture and we remain on the ground. We cannot achieve this alone. It requires networking and the pooling of resources dedicated to this purpose. We are hoping that 2-BZ Media, the arc that we’ve built, is attractive to you. We hope the CD we have released blesses and impresses you - showing the true potential of Hip Hop as a vehicle for righteousness.
