Hip-Hop and Politics...can they work together? Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney & Afeni Shakur The goal of this workshop was to energize the Hip-Hop Generation for legislative initiatives and community action. The discussions also served to help bridge the gap between Hip-Hop and non-Hip Hop fans and between the older and younger generation.
