SHORT TERM GOALS  (within the next five years)
In light of what we have shared about our Vision and Objectives, we are here outlining our immediate future as we perceive it.  Some of these Goals are already in progress.
 
To increase our membership
To acquire property and be well on the way with building a complex to house our growing membership and other social activities.
To develop our music ministry - for praise and worship.  I.e. instruments, musicians, worship leaders, new songs, etc.
To organize visitor follow - up
To establish fellowship groups or sponsors for the care of each member.
To establish and organize the Church office i.e. staff and equipment.
To establish an on-going training session for Outreach.
To develop Bible Study and Sunday School manuals.
To develop effective teachers for our Sunday School  at all age levels.
To develop various Ministries as befitting the needs of the Church.
To see the fellowship in a real way meeting the needs (practically) of one another and beginning to tangibly touch the outside community.
To develop a clear Structure in the Leadership of the Fellowship.

LONG TERM GOALS (five or more years)
To be fully into radio Ministry - teaching and preaching

To send Ministry teams locally and overseas to serve the cause of the Kingdom

To have Members trained and functioning in their gifts and Ministries

To acquire property and be well on the way with building a complex to house our growing membership and other social activities

To have at least one (1) efficiently operated business from the fellowship to benefit the membership

To have all Ministries efficiently and effectively operating the Fellowship
