We at WORLD FELLOWSHIP are persuaded that God’s will MUST be done God’s way.  We are committed to the integrity of God’s Word and are careful to seek Biblical support for our actions and allow the Holy Sprit to direct all aspects of Church life.

We acknowledge Christ to be the Head of the Church and so must be allowed by His Spirit to direct its affairs.  The Pastor is the under-shepherd and serves as God’s delegated authority.  He, under guidance of the Holy Spirit, is responsible for the equipping of the saints for the work of the Ministry and seeing them come to spiritual maturity.  The Pastor is also responsible for appointing members to the Board of Directors which serves as a support structure in the decision making process of matters pertaining to the Corporation.  Matters such as finance and other service ministries are handled by appointed officers of the Church.

The Church is structured on small groups for its main life, hence other levels of leaders will be needed as time progresses.  These leaders will assist the pastoral team in caring for the well-being of the membership.  Leadership is God’s system of governing, hence He will always raise one up to perform His work. (1 Cor. 12:27-28).

The entire body comes together weekly for fellowship, preaching, teaching and other essential ordinances of the Church.  From time to time, the committed membership will meet to look at the business affairs of the Church Family.
